Quinoa Salad

Quinoa, pronounced kinwa, is very high in protein. So here's a message to all meat eaters: stop looking for excuses. Yes meat tastes great but have it in moderation. Find more nutrition details here . I'll post a different or better pics on the salad when I get around to it next time. Click on the picture to see it larger. Tis way you can get up close for ore detail.

Here's the recipe:

Wash quinoa in filtered water

Cook quinoa just like rice - on a low flame until "al dente"

Add:

Celery - chopped fine

1-2 ripe tomatoes - chopped fine

Parsley - fresh

Olive oil

Red onion - chopped fine

Lemon juice

Salt n pepper or better yet - amino fluid

Drink your Xango Cocktail right before eating a sensible dinner.
You can actually eat nearly anything you choose and still lose weight when drinking the Xango Cocktail. However, the healthier you eat, and by doing exercise, you will see results faster. Email me feedback on your results. Would love to post your guest blog.

IMPORTANT: You must drink half your weight in ounces of water each & every day. Your body cells need it to perform and regenerate and full fill all their functions well.
